Mr. SHI Xiangxin was appointed as an independent non-executive Director of our Company in May 2023. Mr. Shi is the chairman of the nomination committee and a member of the audit committee and the remuneration committee of our Company.  Mr. Shi is the chairman of Beijing Daston Science Co., Ltd. since July 2005. Between May 1995 and December 2005, he served as a vice president of Beijing Huaxun Group. Mr. Shi is an independent director of Goodwill E-Health Info Co., Ltd. (a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, stock code: 688246). He has served as an independent director of Nancal Technology Co., Ltd. (a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, stock code: 603859), Jiangsu Yunyong Electronics and Technology Co., Ltd. (a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, stock code: 688060) and Beijing Hisign Technology Co., Ltd. (a company listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, stock code: 430021). Mr. Shi obtained a MBA degree from the National School of Development at Peking University in 2002.
